Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, to send unsolicited marketing messages, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt the service. SMS messages must comply with applicable carrier guidelines and consent requirements.
By using the service, you acknowledge that SMS notifications may be sent to you and your customers. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Users and recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or missed appointments.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive or unpaid. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
